How does the entire process work?
After you fill out and submit the medical review form, one of our licensed physicians will
determine if you are eligible to benefit from the medication you have chosen. If you are eligible,
our
physician will then write a prescription for that medication and forward it to a one of our licensed
pharmacies to be filled. The pharmacy will then fill and ship your order
to your home in discreet
packaging.

Do I need a prior prescription to order medications here?
No, You do not need a prior prescription. One of our physicians will issue the prescription for, you
upon approval.

How do I place an order?
When you click an order link, you will be taken to our secure server where you will set up your
account. You will answer an online questionnaire to provide information relevant to your medical
condition. Once you complete the questionnaire, submit your order for processing.

How do you protect my privacy and security?
Mynetpharma is dedicated to patient privacy and security. All information furnished is
legally protected under doctor-patient privilege laws.
Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology. All personal and credit
card information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. Our system also has
safeguards in place, to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of
a credit card will be reported.

What are your shipping rates and policies?
Due to patient demand and our highly streamlined and automated order system, we ship at a flat rate
of $20 per order. Please allow approximately 14 business days to receive your package.

How long will it take to receive my medication?
Typically, orders are shipped from the pharmacy within 24 hours after you submit the order form.
All orders are shipped and will be delivered in approximately 14 business days.

Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes! Mynetpharma guarantees your satisfaction with
its products and services. We are
committed to offering outstanding quality and service and we are here to serve you 24 hours a day, 7
days a week. If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us and let us know the problem. We

How do I place a refill?
To ensure that our physicians review your most up-to-date information, we ask that you place a
