It must be noted that we, people of this modern age are becoming easily prone to obese and over weight issues that our ancestors were spared off. In the past our older grannies were found to be fit even in their late 70′s whereas in these days even in the late 20′s or 30′s we are prone to many weight issues and along with that, various other disorders. In order to maintain a healthy weight one needs to look up to those places wherein his or her energy is being spent and all the unwanted calories are being burnt up. Various weight loss regimes, weight loss powdered drinks, practise in gymnastics and acrobatics are done to gain health and become fit and strong.
Those who are depressed in their mid thirties would be unable to do any kind of strenuous activities. However, dancing through the acrobatics has proved to reduce the stress and boost up energy levels. Acrobatics has got its origins in China but these recent years the essence of acrobatic dance and the belly dance features are all tagged up with the acrobe level of feats. In fact acrobatics as well as aerobatics are two inter related forms of physical activities. Previously teens were the eager age group to study this but now the trend has changed. Many stay at home moms and obese ladies have also started to join classes that teach acrobatics. It has been recently discovered that the blood lipids and refreshed mind set is achieved by these fun to do and easy to start acrobe dance moves.
Some of you might have looked at the photos of elder women doing the swings, flip flops in the acrob rods and might have pondered if you could also do the swinging, landing with a quick ease style. In case you have decided to do the same, it is wise to enrol yourselves with a trainer who teaches you the suspended dance or parkour. Firstly this art or skill requires focused clear mind set as well as the training along with the required dedication.
Initially one can start out with a professional coach to know all the basic moves that is needful for the proper technique and injury avoidance.
Moreover maintaining the straight body after doing the split leap and scissors leap wherein the ideal posture is maintained after doing the flips and leaps in the air requires the beginner to ardently dedicate to this skill. It cannot be just looking and imitating the moves. Getting this right requires serious dedication that has to be done and practised everyday. Most of the acrobatics or sports need overall and excellent physical fitness that includes stamina, strength and flexibility to do the feat with confidence.
Most of the exercise in the acrobatics requires complete flexibility of the body. Agile strength and developing complete control over body parts is a needful thing and when the performer goes /falls out of balance it would lead to lots of injuries. High flips are always out of the gravity feats and hence while doing it, it is important to maintain co-ordination between body parts and maintain balance.
Basic acrobatic exercises and the practise to do it well will help any person to do the advanced moves with promptness. Developing the core strength and learning the landing roll (a roll designed to help break the impact after landing from the jump or flip is a way to segue between the other altered moves).The parkour roll is essential to give the required performance and maintain safety in gymnastics and other aerobic dance movements.
Learning and performing the basic hand stand is the required thing for upper body stand. Building the basic climbing skills also benefits the acrobatics.
