The Secret to a Super Slim Body

Almost everyone wants to ape celebrities in fitness and style and look just like them. Bulky looking body is not preferred by anyone, unless we count in the Sumo wrestlers. Exercise alone does not help one to lose fat and whatever might be the module of workout, one should prefer to lose weight through the combined effect of a balanced diet and workouts.

France for instance is a place noted for slim beautiful women. This country is the one stop for all a man or woman wants in life. This is a country where one can find a boulangerie with all the pastries and bakery items at one corner of the street whereas they also have got the cafe which is filled with a lot of ladies sipping for hours together. Rich desserts made from the foie grass, fatty meats, wine and refined flour make the entire street filled up with loads of goodies but despite all this, the women and men are found to be having the right body mass index.

On a more in depth study one can note that the mind set of the French and the way they eat in small portions helps them have a fit slender body shape. Eating is not just gulping huge portion of food, fatty meals within a specified time limit but it is a leisure activity which must be enjoyed. Also, having a meal, using all the senses is not something that is practiced by all.

It is all about eating. Recent studies have revealed the fact that eating “with all your senses “is the right way of eating. It seems funny because many might state that in order to stay slim one must do dieting or worse, do crash dieting. However, the weight loss is temporary and at the same time, many may gain back the lost weight in a small span of time.

The following things must be borne in mind to gain that slim look you have always yearned all your years.

  • Do a little bit of walking. Start walking briskly just few minutes every day. Thereafter you can increase the time you spend on it. Slowly try to introduce some variety in it. For example – swift dance movements in the body can make one shed lots of weight.
  • Little bit of house cleaning, car cleaning, mopping the house, clearing the garden or the garage all can be included as some traits of physical activities which is enough to shed off few calories.
  • Lifting tumbles, swimming, aerobics, riding a sedentary bicycle, water aerobics, all these need not be done continually but at least a few of them could be tried for some warming up effect for the muscles.
  • Also never make it a point to over do any kind of activities and this sort of excess work only makes the concerned person feel disgusted or tired very quickly. Later he or she would not be in the mindset to even try to do anything for up keeping the perfect body shape.
  • Eat in a leisure mood and not with a tensed mindset. Many Americans are prone to obesity issue because of the way they eat. Many just wolf down huge calories and in this way they tend to have the feeling of not being full even after eating highly fatty food substances.
  • Eat in small portions in regular intervals. Try to eat in light small portions and in a few days you can find the difference by yourselves.
  • Exercise and work outs should be done regularly and according to ones comfort level.
