Apcalis Oral Jelly Information

  • Additional Info

Apcalis oral jelly, similar to the brand Cialis, contains Tadalafil as an active constituent which has its place in the pharmacological class of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5) inhibitors. It is the third member of this group and is pretty dissimilar from the preceding two members Sildenafil (Viagra) and Vardenafil (Levitra). One of the most noticeable characteristic of Tadalafil is that it has a larger duration of action and is more potent as compared to Viagra and Levitra. Also, restrictions like moderate intake of alcohol or high fat meals are not needed as this does not affect the action of Tadalafil which is not the case with other two PDE-5 inhibitors.

Mechanism of action of Apcalis jelly is that confines the action of the enzyme PDE-5 which is the leading cause behind ED in men. Restraint of this enzyme leads to increase the body levels of nitric oxide and guanylyl cyclase which is an enzyme that upsurges the biosynthesis of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). This biochemical cGMP is a prevailing vasodilator which widens and expands the blood vessels providing the blood to the penis. Blood flow in the penis therefore, augments and this provides a temporary relief against ED and supports a man to get long lasting and strong penile erection for pleasing sexual activity. One must remember that Apcalis oral jelly is not a permanent solution for ED and provides temporary relief only.
