Like its branded counterpart Viagra, Edegra contains active component called Sildenafil citrate which is the original member and the prototype PDE-5 inhibitor. Sildenafil Citrate which is the active ingredient in this generic medication acts by inhibiting the action of Phosphodiesterase-5 enzyme (PDE-5). What if a dose of Edegra is missed?

• Take the missed dose as soon as you remember.
• If the time is close to the next dose, skip the missed dose and wait for the time to take the next dose
• Do not double the dose in short time gap to compensate for the missed dose.
• A gap of 24 hours should be well-maintained among two consequent doses.
