The recommended dose of Allegra Generic is 30 mg twice daily. A dose of 30 mg once daily is recommended as the starting dose in pediatric patients with decreased renal function

The recommended dose of Allegra Generic is 60 mg twice daily. A dose of 60 mg once daily is suggested as the initial dose in patients with diminished kidney function

Children 6 to 11 Years

• Inform your doctor in case of history of allergy to any components of Fexofenadine or if any disease is present.

• TO BE USED WITH CAUTION in women planning pregnancy or pregnant.
• Grape, orange and apple fruit juices should be avoided as they can ominously reduce the levels of medicine in the blood.
• Lactating mothers should consult the physician before taking this medicine..
• Avoid taking antacids containing aluminum and magnesium for 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after taking this medicine as antacids can decrease the absorption of fexofenadine contained in Generic Allegra.
• Avoid fatty meals while taking this medicine .

Which drugs cannot be taken with the drug?

• Do not take Generic Allegra at the same time as aluminum and magnesium containing antacids
• Take Generic Allegra Tablets with water; not fruit juice

What should be done in case of Overdose?

Seek immediate medical help if you experience overdose symptoms such as dizziness, dry mouth, along with exaggeration of the usual side effects.

What if a dose is missed? ?

Take the missed dose of this medicine as soon as you recollect. You can skip the missed dose if time for next dose is close. Taking extra dose to compensate for a missed dose is not recommended.
