Vidalista comprises of Tadalafil as the active elementthat is the third member of the phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5) inhibitors class of drug. Use in specific populations

For patients suffering from severe liver disease, use of Vidalista is not recommended.

For patients with Mild or Moderate liver disease, dosage adjustment is recommended.

If mild or moderate kidney damage is present then doctor may adjust the dose of Vidalista 10 mg.

In patients with severe kidney failure and hemodialysis, not more than 5 mg every 72 hours should be taken.

Use of Vidalista 10mg with alpha-blockers, antihypertensives or considerable amounts of alcohol may lead to a severe decrease in blood pressure.

Do not administer if sex is ill-advised due to heart diseases.

VIDALISTA intake is to be avoided with alpha-blockers because of the risk of blood pressure lowering property of the medicine. Caution is advised when this is used as a treatment for impotence in men on alpha-blockers.

Which drugs should be avoided with Vidalista?

Drugs like alpha-blockers, nitrates, antihypertensives or alcohol can lead to severe drop in blood pressure when given with this medicine.

Medicines containing ketoconazole or ritonavir as main components can increase blood levels of Vidalista 10mg and you may require to adjust the dosage.

Drugs containing rifampin as active component decrease the blood concentration of Vidalista Tablets and so, might degrade its action.

What to do ifOverdosed the medicine?

What if a dose of Vidalista is missed?
