Some medicines available at Mynetpharma are prescription medicines and post ordering a medicine you can send us the prescription via. Fax or e-mail. Our prescription policy is as follows:

All the medicines which are prescription based will be dispatched only after a copy of prescription of the doctor is provided by the customers.
Only a valid prescription in English language and duly signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner doctor will be taken into account.
Patients with no prescription can obtain our panel doctor’s consultancy by giving their medical records and answering doctor’s questionnaire. The order will be transported only if our doctor’s panel accepts the same. Orders not approved will be refunded.
We should get the prescription within 15 business days, otherwise your order will not be processed and will be refunded.

Prescription can be sent to us in the following ways: Fax the prescription to 1-888-618-2818 (toll free), or mail the scanned copy of the prescription at: prescriptions@mynetpharma.com. Do write your name and order number in the mail or fax. It is best to consult a local physician before ordering prescription drugs online.
